What is the greyed out are on the calendar?: A greyed out date means that we are full to our operational capacity, you can call to see if we can fit you in.
Do you do last minute booking?: Yes we can do last minute bookings you would need to call to confirm and make the booking.
What if I do not receive my confirmation e-mail?: Check your junk mail If you don't receive the email even after considerable time contact by email or phone.
What number do I call for the service on the day?: Please call the Mobile Phone Number provided in the confirmation email.
Do you serve both the terminals?: Yes we provide meet and greet at both terminals.
How will I inform Park & Meet know if my flight is delayed?: Simply email info@parkmeetandgreet.co.uk or text 0786 6018786.
When do I call you to get my car delivered?: Call us after when you land then again after you have collected your luggage.
Is car parking secure?: Your car will be parked in a secure compound with security fencing.
Are your drivers insured?: Yes we have fully comprehensive insurance for all our drivers.
Can you tell about cancellation policy?: Full refund will be made within 7 business days on any cancellation. If the date of the service falls within these 7 days, 15% administration charge will be applicable up to 7 days before the departure. After that a cancellation charge of 30% will be applied. There will be no refund cancellations made 48 hours prior to the departure date. However if the booking is canceled by us, a complete refund will be made.
Are there surcharges?: A surcharge of £10 for extra days parking once the booking has started.
Do you provide valet cleaning service?: Yes cleaning service is available please call to book, or simply select the option at the time of booking.
