Our Valet Parking Service - The Way It works

Park Meet And Greet valet parking service at the Gatwick Airport London is available at north as well as south terminals. We are a cheap valet parking engaged in providing reliable services to the travellers.

Departure Procedure

You will receive an SMS 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival time at the Airport. You are received to call back with your actual time of arrival. We will send our uniformed driver for valet parking your car as soon as we receive your message.

i) South Terminal

Drive your car to the sign posted Passenger Drop-off area at Gatwick South Terminal.

• Drive your car to the far end of the road, through the second pedestrian crossing, and park the vehicle immediately on the left.

• A uniformed driver will take your car to the valet parking area from the place.

• The car will be returned at same very location.

ii) North Terminal

The car is collected and returned at a location between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car parking.

• Drive your car round the Sofitel Hotel a white building you will see it approaching the North Terminal. Do stay in the right hand lane and park at pick up and drop off in front of the hotel.

• A uniformed driver will meet you here.

• The drop-off is in the safe location as well.

Return Procedure

Please call us at the earliest at your return so that we can send a uniformed driver with your car. If you have luggage, please call immediately after collecting the luggage. The car will be returned at the same location where you left it with us.

Please make sure that your car

• is carrying a tax disc valid till your return date.

• has tyre tread within legal limit.

• is safe to drive.

If the car does not fulfil these conditions, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will need to make arrangements on your own to park the vehicle. However, you will not be able to claim a refund as the contract will be deemed started.

You also need to make sure that the washer bottle in your car has water. It is a point on the license offence as well. Please also make sure that the car has enough fuel to reach the parking.
